The space
Our state-of-the-art kitchen and butler's pantry are designed to offer extraordinary interactive wining and dining experiences. Featuring an Aga with three ovens, a Neil Perry large oven for traditional cooking, and a gas hob with five burners including a wok burner, the kitchen is a culinary dream. It's equipped with crockery, glassware, and utensils worthy of Gordon Ramsay. The kitchen island seats 10 comfortably and connects seamlessly to the adjacent dining table, which seats 12, allowing up to 20 guests to dine together in style.
With retractable doors and floor-to-ceiling windows, the kitchen and social area provide stunning lake and mountain views, creating a living experience akin to a fine watercolor painting.

Step outside to an expansive outdoor area designed for ultimate relaxation and entertainment. Unwind by the outdoor fire, perfect for cozy evenings under the stars, or take a dip in the luxurious lake-facing spa pool. The large deck area offers ample seating and a BBQ setup, ideal for alfresco dining. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of this secluded location, surrounded by nature’s beauty.
A separate wing houses a resplendent master bedroom with a California king-size bed and a spacious walk-in wardrobe, providing a private and relaxing space away from the main house. Start each day well-rested, waking up to stunning views across the lake and the mountain range. The beautifully appointed ensuite includes a bath with what could be the best view in the world. Adjacent to the master bedroom, the library is a cozy and peaceful retreat. Settle in front of the fire with a good book from the eclectic collection, use the desk space to catch up on emails, or simply relax with a movie.
Heading south through the house, you'll discover four elegantly appointed bedrooms, each featuring its own luxurious ensuite. These serene sanctuaries are adorned with the finest linens, ensuring a restful and opulent retreat. Additionally, two charming bunk beds provide a delightful haven for young children, combining comfort and style in perfect harmony.
Adjacent to the house is a spacious bunk room that can sleep up to 10 additional guests. It’s an ideal space for children and travelling staff. Alternatively, this space could be used for team briefings before the day’s adventures in Glenorchy or for group gatherings. It comes complete with its kitchenette and ensuite—perfect for accommodating larger groups. A large three-car garage is available for guests.
